Fluixec (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') values the protection of users' personal information. Fluro does not collect any personally identifiable information from its users, nor does it operate its own servers for account creation or data storage. All data configured by the user is stored locally on the device. However, third-party services are involved in displaying advertisements in the free version, retrieving exchange rate data, and operating the website. The specific details of these processes are outlined below.

1. Scope of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the following services:

• The Fluro App (Android and iOS)
• The fluixec.com Website (including this page and all subpages)

2. Information Not Collected

The Company does not collect the following information:

• Personally identifiable information, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
• Location data.
• Device data, such as contacts or photos.
• Amounts entered or calculation history by the user.

3. Data Stored on the Device

Only the minimum data required for the app to function is stored locally on the user's device. No data is transmitted to the Company.

• App settings, such as themes, languages, and selected currencies.
• Favorite currencies list.
• Exchange rate cache data for offline use.
• PRO version purchase status.

If the user deletes the app, this data is destroyed simultaneously.

4. Third-Party Services and Information Processing

• Google AdMob (Advertisements): The free version displays advertisements through Google AdMob. During this process, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares IP addresses, app interactions, diagnostic information such as app launch time and performance data, and device identifiers such as Advertising IDs for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. For more details, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to receive personalized ads, you can reset your Advertising ID or limit personalized ads in your device settings. The PRO version does not display advertisements.
• Google Play and App Store Payments: PRO version purchases are processed entirely through the respective app stores (Google Play or App Store). The Company does not view or store the user's payment information.
• Exchange Rate Data Providers: The app connects to external exchange rate data providers and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) to receive the latest exchange rates. This request does not include the user's personal information or calculation history; however, in accordance with internet communication protocols, the user's device IP address is transmitted to the provider. The Company does not access or store these records.

5. Information Collected During Website Visits

The fluixec.com website is provided through the hosting and security services of Cloudflare, Inc. When accessing the website, the following are processed:

• Cloudflare records the IP address, browser information, access time, and requested address for request processing and security purposes.
• In the event of a network error, the browser may report the error to Cloudflare.

This website does not display advertisements, does not use cookies, and does not operate separate visitor analysis tools. The above records are processed solely for Cloudflare's service provision, and the Company does not view them in a manner that identifies individual visitors.

6. International Transfer of Personal Information

The aforementioned third-party service providers are all overseas businesses, and information may be transferred to overseas servers during the service provision process.

• Google LLC (USA): Transfer of IP addresses, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device identifiers such as Advertising IDs for ad delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, and purchase processing.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): Transfer of IP addresses and access logs for website hosting and security.
• Exchange Rate Data Providers and CDNs (USA, etc.): Transfer of IP addresses for exchange rate information retrieval.

The Company does not directly collect and transfer personal information overseas, and the above transfers are limited to the essential scope required for the services to operate.

7. Retention, Use Period, and Destruction

The Company does not collect or retain users' personal information.

• Data stored on the device: Retained until the user deletes the app, and is deleted simultaneously upon app deletion. Individual items can also be deleted directly in the app settings.
• Advertising-related information: Subject to Google's data retention policy. Resetting the Advertising ID in device settings severs the connection to previous identifiers.
• Website access logs: Subject to Cloudflare's retention policy. The Company does not download or store this separately.
• Inquiry emails: Retained only for the period necessary to process the inquiry, and deleted upon completion.

8. Rights of Data Subjects and Methods of Exercise

Users have the right to request access to, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing of their personal information in accordance with relevant laws. Since the Company does not collect personal information on servers, users can exercise most of these rights directly and immediately.

• Deletion: Users can delete calculation history in the app settings or delete the app to destroy all data within the device.
• Suspension of processing: Users can limit personalized ads in device settings or switch to the PRO version to stop ad exposure.
• Access and correction: Saved settings can be viewed and modified directly on the app screen.

9. Measures to Ensure Security

The Company applies the following protective measures:

• Non-collection structure: By not operating servers that store data, the target for leaks is fundamentally blocked.
• Encrypted transmission: All external communications of the app and website connections are securely encrypted via HTTPS.
• Minimum sensitive permissions: The app does not request runtime access to the device's contacts, location, photos, or storage.

10. Additional Notices

• Consent to personalized ads: In regions where required by relevant laws, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), a consent window for personalized ads will be displayed. Usage of the app is not restricted even if consent is not granted.
• Children's personal information: Fluro does not target children as its primary audience and does not intentionally collect personal information from children.
• Changes to the Policy: If this policy is changed, the date at the top of the page will be updated. Continued use of the services after the changes constitutes agreement to the updated policy.
