1. Service Description

Fluro is an application that provides exchange rate information and supports currency conversion functions. This service is provided as a free version containing advertisements and a PRO version available through a one-time payment.

2. Business Information

3. Scope of License

Fluixec (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') grants the user a personal, non-transferable right to use Fluro. There are no restrictions on the purpose of use, including for business purposes, provided they are lawful. However, the following actions are prohibited:

4. Nature of Exchange Rate Information

The exchange rates provided by Fluro are for reference purposes only, received from external data providers. They are not intended for real-time transactions and are updated once a day. Discrepancies may exist in exchange rates, and the Company shall not be held liable for any transaction outcomes based on this information. The actual exchange rates and fees applied during currency exchange are subject to the policies of the financial institution or currency exchange provider used by the user.

5. Paid Purchases and Refunds

The PRO version is a one-time purchase product, and payments are processed entirely by Google Play or the App Store. The Company does not view or store the user's payment information. Purchase history can be restored on devices logged into the same store account; however, purchase synchronization between iOS and Android stores is not supported.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the app store where the purchase was made. As the app store is the party processing the payment, refund requests must also be submitted through the respective store. For specific refund procedures, please refer to the refund policies on the Google Play Help Center or Apple Support page.

The PRO version is digital content whose features are activated immediately upon payment. While users are granted the right to withdraw from the contract under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., this right may be restricted once the provision of content has commenced. These Terms do not limit the user's statutory rights as a consumer. If payment-related issues arise, please contact the Company, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the store.

6. Advertisements

Third-party advertisements may be displayed in the free version. Details regarding the processing of advertising-related information are specified in the Privacy Policy. The PRO version does not display advertisements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the user's use or inability to use the service. Fluro is provided 'as is,' without any warranties, express or implied. However, exceptions are made for damages caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, as well as liabilities that cannot be excluded under the law.

8. Modification and Suspension of Service

The Company reserves the right to modify or suspend all or part of the service. In the event of significant changes detrimental to the user, prior notice will be provided via the app or website. Updates to exchange rate information may be delayed or suspended due to circumstances involving external data providers.

9. Modification of Terms

The Company may amend these Terms if necessary. Amended terms take effect from the time they are posted on this page, and continued use of the app after posting constitutes agreement to the changes. In the case of significant changes or those disadvantageous to the user, prior notice will be given 30 days before the effective date.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. If the user resides outside the Republic of Korea, mandatory consumer protection laws of their jurisdiction are not excluded by this clause.

In the event of a dispute related to the use of the service, please contact [email protected] first. If a mutually acceptable agreement is not reached, the user may seek assistance from the following organizations:

If a lawsuit is filed, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
